It all started over a beer one night, talking about our trips to Peru and Kokoda and it became evident that we had seen more of the world than our own back yard.
We made a pact, that we would rectify that and do something out there - ride a bike to Perth. Hey, its been done before so why not us?
At the time, we figured we may as well take in a little more than the Nullabor on a Harley… Lets go across on some dirt. Bugger Perth, lets go as far as we can - Steep Point… Lets Start from Byron… Lets add Cape York… Better do Tassie too… You can see how it went. Most conversations like this end like this - a dream, but (for once) we have taken the plunge to make it a reality.
So, with the trusty Tenere picked out as our steed, Tassie and Byron under our belt and several other “interesting” development and testing rides done, we are prepping for the big trip and can’t wait until we get to the west and the END OF THE ROAD
